Job Description:

Account Assistant

  • General admin and document filling task
  • Basic company account / book keeping
  • Day to day tasks by up line
  • Invoicing/billing and etc.
  • Bank in cheque /pay bill etc

Human Resource Executive

  • manpower planning and attend inquiries
  • recruitment process in generating advertisement, interview and orientation
  • maintenance of personal records including leave administration, management of performance appraisal
  • liaise with relevant authorities in regards to employees/HR affairs

Customer Service Executive/ Marketing Executive

  • To provide consultancy advise to our clients in relating international investment (i.e.: offshore company set up, china business company set up, china embassy/others notarization, etc)
  • To formulate response and resolution in a timely manner and provide excellent customer services
  • To generate marketing strategies
