日 期：2008年4月20日（星期日） 时 间：上午10时30分 地 点：吉隆坡瑞园酒店（SWISS GARDEN HOTEL） 出 席 者： 岑劲霈、王愉雯、包克冰、赖康豪、赵雁冰、李庆发、赵启发、李剑明、唐六生、刘恭豪、黄金启、黄梓翔、吕舒欣、刘为义、徐丽娟、赵健华、魏仕洪、刘泉来、 罗才生、刘保信、黄捷慧、刘乃好、江忠南、黄惠恬、胡月霞、陈进士、丁乃钦、邱进添、何维谦、陈永强、柯卢谕、陈志成、庄诒晶、陈秀梅、谢雯彦、蔡来宝、 阮文琼、李银福、张春生、吴立忠、曹健国、刘斌杰、陈玉佩、郭南昌、伍金发、黄润光、王喜安、余福泽、黄劭雄、叶美霞、郑建强、王武昌、莫泽林、李书祯、 李忠信、朱绍瑛、李子平（共57人） 秘书报告：出席者达到法定人数。 一、推选大会主席及大会纪录： • 阮文琼提议陈志成担任大会主席，王武昌附议，大会一致通过； • 李金发提议莫泽林担任大会纪录，李银福附议，大会一致通过。 二、主席致词： 感谢各位会员拨冗出席2008年会员大会。2007年对留华来说是忙碌的一年，本会顺利展开了多项会务活动获得好评，希望今后还有更多会员参与，一起来推展会务。 三、覆准并检讨前期议案： • 柯卢谕提议，刘泉来附议，大会一致通过接纳2006年常年会员大会会议记录。 四、接纳2007年会务报告： a. 由秘书长莫泽林提呈书面报告。 b. 本会会员总人数为209人。 李银福提议，王武昌附议，大会一致通过接纳2007年会务报告。 五、2007年财务报告： 由副财政丁乃钦提呈书面报告。 刘泉来提议，李银福附议，大会一致通过接纳。 六、讨论事项： A.章程修改 第九条 理事会 （ 1) 理事会的组织如下：理事（本会的全权代表），系由每隔一年的常年会员大会上产生 ，亦即理事的任期为二年。 会长一名 署理会长一名 副会长二名 秘书一名 副秘书一名 财政一名 副财政一名 普通理事七名 Committee (1) A committee consisting of the following s , who shall be termed the office-bearers of the Association , shall be elected at the annual general meeting on each alternative year. This means that each office bearer will be elected to a two years term. A President A Deputy President 2 Vice President A Secretary An Assistant Secretary A Treasurer An Assistant Treasurer • Ordinary Committee Members （ 3 ） 9(1) 项所列的各个职位，需先经由提议及附议而后在常年会员大会上进行表决。除 了会长不能连任二届（即连续四年）外，其他理事均可连选连任。 (3) Names for the above offices in paragraph (1) shall be proposed and seconded and election will be by a simple majority vote of the members at the annual general meeting. All the office-bearers shall be eligible for re-election each alternative year except the President shall not serve for more than two (2) terms of four (4) years consecutively. 修改为: 第九条 理事会 （ 1 ）理事会的组织如下：理事（本会的全权代表），系由每隔一年的常年会员大会上产生 ，亦即理事的任期为三年。 会长一名 署理会长一名 副会长四名 秘书一名 副秘书一名 财政一名 副财政一名 普通理事十名 (1) A committee consisting of the following s , who shall be termed the office-bearers of the Association , shall be elected at the annual general meeting on each alternative year. All the office-bearers shall be eligible for re-election each alternative year except the President shall not serve for more than two (2) terms of six (6) years consecutively. 增加：9（1）a.理事会有权委任不超过六名理事。 9（1）a.The committee may appointed not more than 6 ordinary members. 9（1）b. 理事会有权设立州联委会，委任州联委会主席，以加强各州留华同学的活动力及推动会务。 9（1）b. The committee may establish in each state in Malaysia a state liaison committee specific to promote activities of the association. 9（1）c. 州联委会之委员由各州联委会主席委任，任期随理事会届满而解散。 9（1）c.A state liaison committee shall be appointed by the each state chairman,each office bearer will be elected to a disband. 增加章程 第十九条 本会会徽需由会员大会及社团注册官批准．会徽是由一支红色的火炬，黑蓝的灯座及中文“马来西亚留华同学会”所组成．马来西亚留华同学会是本会的名称．火炬象征前途光明． 19.Emblem The association shall have its own emblem but subject to the approval at the general meeting and the registrar of societies.The design of the emblem shall consists of a red torch, a black blue torch stand and the Chinese character“Malaysia Liu Hua Tong Xue Hui”of which it represents the title of the association. The torch signifies bright future. • 大会一致通过以上章程修改。 |
