Position Title :           Sales Executive

Department   :           Sales              

Location         :           Branches/Outlets (HQ at 1 powerhouse, Bandar Utama)


Job Summary:

Responsible on stock management, outlet management, dealing with dealers, and sales management with the aim of maximizing profits.


Job Descriptions:

·      Stock Management

o   Responsible for assisting dealers in stock purchase and monitoring progress of orders

o   Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations

o   Assist in returning any defective or expired stocks in each outlet

·      Outlet Management

o   Assist in new and existing outlet setting up and remodeling

o   Support on visual merchandisers in installing and setting up promotional materials and displays

o   Ensure outlets are in compliance to policies and procedures at all times and reports any concerns to superior

·      Dealer Management

o   Assist in sending OPPO product to Customer Service Centre for repair or replacement

o   Communicate effectively with dealer regarding new or existing dealers’ programs

o   Maintain good relationships with dealers by attending dealers’ inquiries and complaints promptly

·      Sales Management

o   Prepare and report data on sales and competitors

o   Follow up closely on monthly sales target


Job Requirements:

·      Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field

·      Possess own transport

·      Required minimum 2 years working experience in any related field (Logistic or Operation Management experience is an added advantage)

·      Good communication and negotiation skills

·      Passionate on phone technology, familiar with the current market trend

·      Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese

·      Full-Time position(s) available

·      Basic Microsoft Office

·      Willing to work 6 days in a week


Salary Range: RM 2,500- RM3,500



Position Title :           Trainer          

Department   :           Retail

Location         :           Branches/Outlets (HQ at 1 powerhouse, Bandar Utama)

Job Summary:

To conduct product training for Sales Representative and manage their sales performance.

Job Descriptions:

·      Responsible for creating training contents for all OPPO products, such as smartphones and wearable etc

·      Develop and localized training material according to company strategies

·      Revise training plans to meet training requirements and keep technical information up to date

·      Plan, develop, and conduct product training programs and development for sales representative

·      Visit shops regularly, especially during peak periods to measure the impact of these visits are focusing to increase KPI

·      Identify potential stores or low sales performance stores to conduct training programs

·      Analyze and evaluate training programs effectiveness through sales performance

·      Manage sales performance, attendance, and any disciplinary issues of sales representative


Job Requirements:

·      Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree

·      Excellent written and verbal communication in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin

·      Proficiency in Microsoft Office includes Excel, Words and Power Point

·      Excellent analytical and time-management skills

·      Well organized, meticulous, attentive to details and multitask

·      Applies company policies and procedures to resolve routine issues

Salary Range: RM 2,500- RM3,500
