Business Analyst (Shocking Sale Campaign)

Job Description:
Creating and improving Shopee Shocking Sale campaigns' internal standard operating procedures
Establish processes to collect and analyze internal and external market data to derive business insights
Develop data-backed business strategies and support the business teams in executing the strategies
Establish processes and identify appropriate indicators to monitor performance and progress
Formulate and facilitate project missions, goals and resource management
Draw up project plans and communicate effectively across multiple involved internal and external stakeholders to align on scope, timelines and expectations
Automate reporting processes as needed by the team and the company

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in numerical/analytical field is preferred

Job Description:
- Primarily handle cases with sellers pertaining participation of sellers in key programmes via calls

- Perform ad hoc analyses/tasks when required - Competitor analysis etc

Job Description:
- Be the face of the company and provide excellent seller support to our Merchants
- Develop and maintain a close relationship with Merchants
- Strategise, develop & deliver strong pitch to Merchants on Shopee offerings and proposed solutions across the online sales cycle
- Analyse Merchants’ progress, activities, sales performances and growth projection to drive Merchants’ revenue growth in Shopee
- Identify market gaps and managing pricing strategy, product assortment, stock availability of Merchants in the category
- Negotiate deals with Merchants and curate SKUs (Stock Keeping Unit) for various campaigns, promotions, online marketing, and media as required

Job Description:
To conceptualize, develop and execute marketing campaigns for the Cross Border business
Collaborate and coordinate across regional and local stakeholders to plan, execute and monitor performance of the Cross Border marketing campaigns, including the Marketing team, Operations team, Payments team, Seller Management Teams based in Asia and other enabling functional teams
Maintain and manage project timelines, expectations, tasks and resources
Ensures smooth and timely execution of campaigns, including conducting necessary checks during key campaign live dates
